About Me

I've been playing games since I was 11, and it's been a full-blown passion ever since. But what pushed me toward writing and narrative design was Kingdom Hearts 2. I remember reaching the end and bawling my eyes out in cathartic bliss.

I was too young to understand why it hit me so hard—but looking back, I know now it was the perfect storm: narrative, gameplay, art, and music all firing on all cylinders to create something unforgettable.

There's a saying: "If you ask three narrative designers what they do, you'll get three different answers." But the common thread between them is this—ensuring all those cylinders are firing together to create powerful, lasting moments.

I've decided that I want to create those kinds of moments for others—for gamers and young kids like I was. Moments that stick. Moments that only games can deliver.

My background in software development has taught me how to understand systems quickly and communicate fluently with engineers—because I used to be one.

On the other side, my three years as a senior editor and game journalism writer sharpened my skills in crafting, refining, and collaborating on written content—and yep, talking to editors is second nature too.

But I’ve reached the end of my journey as a news and guides writer. I’m ready to go from writing about games to writing for them—ensuring that the narrative, alongside every other element, works in harmony to deliver the best experience possible.

The kind of experiences that once meant everything to me as a player—and now, I hope to create for someone else.
